A fractional executive is an experienced leader (CFO, COO, CRO, or similar) who works with your company on a part-time or project basis. They bring the same expertise as a full-time hire but at a fraction of the cost and commitment. Most fractional executives work 10 to 30 hours per week, depending on what you need.
We're a curated placement firm, not a staffing agency. Every executive in our network is hand-vetted for experience, fit, and the ability to make an immediate impact. We don't send you a stack of resumes. We send you a short list of 3 to 5 executives who are genuinely right for your situation.
We work primarily with Seed to Series A companies, especially in healthcare, fintech, logistics, SaaS, and professional services. That said, we work across industries. If you have a leadership gap and you're growing fast, there's a good chance we can help.
The discovery call is free. If you want us to match you with executives, there's a $100 per-profile intro fee. When you hire an executive through us, we earn a commission on the placement. There are no hidden costs, and everything is discussed before you commit to anything.
Fast. You'll typically see a shortlist of vetted candidates within a few days of your discovery call. The full placement timeline depends on your situation, but most clients have an executive starting within two to three weeks.
It happens rarely because of how selective our matching process is. But if something isn't working, we address it immediately. We stay involved throughout the engagement and will work with you to find a better fit if needed.
