10+ years of leadership experience
You've held senior roles at companies where you were accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables. We're looking for executives who have led teams, managed budgets, and made decisions that shaped the direction of a business.
A track record you can point to
We want to see specific results. Revenue you grew, costs you reduced, systems you built, teams you scaled. The executives in our network can describe what they did and what happened because of it.
The ability to work inside someone else's company
Fractional leadership is different from consulting. You're not advising from the outside. You're joining a team, building trust quickly, and taking real ownership of outcomes. That takes a specific kind of temperament.
Availability for fractional or interim engagements
Most engagements range from 10 to 30 hours per week. Some are interim and full-time for a defined period. We need executives who have the flexibility to take on new work and commit to the companies they join.
